Peyton Vanderhoff

• My responsibilities include, supervising, coordinating, and performing safe and timely transports with beds, stretchers and wheelchairs.

• Coordinating means running the board in our office, so I am on the computer assigning coworkers runs and making sure they get to where they need to go and answer any questions they may have, while also taking phone calls from other departments about questions or to put a patient run in. Being on the board also means managing coworkers lunches, breaks, sick time, and when they can and can’t leave.

• My responsibilities included pro shop customer service such as, greeting customers, answering phone calls, booking tee times, selling merchandise, processing greens fees, counting down the cash drawer and calculating daily earnings, as well as closing up the pro shop at the end of the night.

• Cart barn and outside operations as well such as, cleaning, charging and inspecting carts, ensuring all carts are in designated spots, and locking up the cart barn and maintenance barn at the end of the night to ensure security.

•My responsibilities included, using a work phone to see online customer orders and then carefully gather, scan, and package/bag customers orders to prep them for pickup.

• Stocked everyday groceries/items on the shelves, stood by the door and greeted customers, and helped the cashiers efficiently bag their customers orders and load them into cart.

• My responsibilities included, taking customers orders, helping prepare certain food items, and make sure the customers were satisfied with what they received. Also cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms whenever needed.
