· Document Functional requirement specifications for interfaces from Model N to ERP systems and vice- versa.
· Translate contract strategies to system objects using strategy designer tool in Model N
· Document key system performance indicators and develop monitoring strategies to ensure minimal/zero system down time.
· Provide best practice recommendations and formulating controls to eliminate potential high-risk gaps in order to enhance the quality of the overall solution
· Build reports and dashboards as per business requirements
· Build SQL queries to extract data out of Model N and compare to the extracts from ERP system to synchronize data between ERP and Model N instances.
· Systematic and functional testing of Model N solution including system integration testing, user acceptance testing and end to end testing to ensure highest quality of deliverables
· Work with Model N and ERP implementation teams to resolve complex system and process related issues during the implementation phase.
· Provide demos and training to users on Model N system functionality.
