  • As an IT Specialist in CIO(Chief Information Office) DIS, I lead support multiple levels of the projects/systems for the NCPS (National Case Processing System) project in roles such as: Scrum Master, Validation Analyst, Implementation, SAM (State Account Manager) and Production CAPRS support. In my support role I utilize Sql queries to analyze and trouble shoot production data issues. I was trained to utilize Node.jsI , Gherkin and Cucumber to write automated test scripts. I use my excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate and coordinate development efforts. This ensures the task/work is completed within the release schedule. In my communications with the various sites, I thorough as well as conscientious about my attention to detail as it will impact the users of the system and the clients it supports. As a Scrum Master, I support leadership with various teams (Business owners and Developers) to remove the impediments and make recommendations for alternative solutions to make sure work is completed on time as scheduled. I facilitate daily Stand-up sessions where status and timelines are discussed.
