  • Served in executive positions on two separate periods in office responsible for national airport planning, environmental and social requirements, and property transfers
  • Each detail also included major responsibility in program matters for the Airport Improvement Program (AIP), Airport Capital Improvement Plan (ACIP), and Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) program
  • Led roll-out of $1B Supplemental funding program, phase 2 that consisted of $779 million to eligible airports nationally
  • Duties included ensuring project information and associated funding was correctly coded in the System of Airports Reporting (SOAR) database
  • Developed content included in DOT Secretary's announcement of supplemental grants
  • Responsible in making sure language was based on current FAA policy with correct airport locations and corresponding funding amounts
  • Was instrumental in developing national policy for streamlining of PFC applications
  • This policy allows for a “streamlined” review of PFC applications for small, medium, and large hub airports meeting eligibility criteria.

  • This included two of the 30 core airports, Charlotte Douglas International and Memphis International Airports, along with two of the top three cargo airports based on landed weight, Memphis International Airport and Louisville International Airport – Standiford Field
  • In the past three fiscal years, office issued grants for an average of over $176M as part of $3.6 billion annual grant-in-aid program
  • Under my leadership, Memphis office led region in annual distribution of discretionary funds for highest priority projects
  • Responsible for adding four new airports to the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS) and National Airspace System (NAS).
