Duties include answering questions about the exhibits on display, sharing relevant car experiences with the visitors, preventing unauthorized personnel mishandling the exhibits.

Responsibilities include assisting visitors into and out of one of three racing simulators in the Speed Zone, resetting and replacing slot-cars on the slot-car racing track, demonstrating how the controls for both the slot-car and racing simulator work for the visitors.

• Duties included line control, letting convention attendees know if the guest of honor had to step away for a break or had a technical issue on their end, keep attendee morale high.

• Duties included enforcing convention policies (ie prop weapons are Peace-bonded, Costumes are appropriate for public eyes), notifying security of any abnormalities, keeping major hallways clear, taking items to lost and found, notifying convention center staff of any medical emergencies.

• Duties included clocking volunteer staff on/off their shifts during the convention, Peace-bonding prop weapons, contacting dispatch when necessary, reuniting items from lost and found with convention attendees.

• Duties included answering questions about locations for various panels, event times during the convention, membership purchases, lost and found location, exhibit directions, last minute rescheduling notices.

Duties for Donations Attendant includes placing the customer's donation into the proper gay-lords according to type of items included in said donation such as textiles and hardlines. Also includes loading/unloading large items such as furniture to and from the customer's vehicle. Responsible for closing the store which includes recovering carts, replacing signage for the sales floor, and placing product back in the proper departments during the night shift.

Duties for cashier include completing cash and credit/debit card transactions for items in the store, price checks for items in store, item exchanges/returns, and assisting customers with large items.

Replenishment includes restocking items in their proper departments. Recovery includes placing misplaced items back in their proper departments.
