• Research Analyst | Evaluating Patient Satisfaction to the Service Quality of Inpatient Care: A Case Study at the Heart Institute of Ho Chi Minh City published in Journal of Science Ho Chi Minh city open university 11(1) 2021. From this project, I conducted a literature review on patient satisfaction and healthcare service quality. I assisted in designing survey instruments and collecting patient satisfaction data. I performed data cleaning and statistical analysis to evaluate factors influencing patients' perceptions of inpatient service quality. I contributed to interpreting findings, preparing research reports, and presenting recommendations for improving healthcare service quality.
• Research Assistant, University-level Research Project, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) 2020. Project: The Trade-off between Economic and Health Outcomes during the COVID-19 Pandemic: International Evidence. I assisted in collecting and cleaning international macroeconomic and public health datasets related to the COVID-19 pandemic and conducted literature reviews on the economic and health impacts of pandemic containment policies.
• Market supply chain analyst | Factors affecting intention to repurchase online products in the fashion industry published in Commercial Science Magazine December 2020, issue 148, 19th year, ISSN 1859-3666. I analyzed market and supply chain factors influencing consumers' online repurchase intentions in the fashion industry I conducted literature reviews and analyzed consumer behavior and e-commerce trends.
