Summary

I am a Health enthusiast with an entrepreneurial mindset, seeking to bridge the gap between physical fitness and mental aptitude.

Supporting my clients with their health and wellness goals is top priority. We often set intent when it comes to physical fitness: gaining strength and building endurance, etc; however, equally as important is the intent we put into training the mind. Wellness is commonly viewed as having multiple dimensions, all of which are interdependent and influence each other. If we start with the brain, given its neuroplasticity, then we can focus on harnessing positive energy, leading to behavior change and a growth mindset. The conscious decision to exercise positive habit formation is essential when seeking to become the best version of yourself, and doing so while enduring a high intensity, physically demanding workout raises traits such as one’s GRIT level, as well as one's ability to display composure under times of stress.

Born out of my love for living, and my aspiration to feel "more,” I have spent the past decade listening to others, leaning into positivity, following the energy, and creating a growth mindset built on atomic habits with the goal in mind of being fully tapped into all facets of health. I have trained alongside some of the most respected and highly valued professional athletes, and I have led many group sessions with clients as well as worked one on one. Whether it's sports specific performance training, or training for functionality to best optimize day to day tasks, I am able to use my experience and knowledge base to guide clients to a healthier body.

Like Bill Bowerman once said "if you have a body, you are an athlete.” I love this quote, and I hold it to be true. Whether at an intermediate level, or more advanced, there is always room to grow. My goal is to engage with high quality human beings that want the best for themselves, building personalized programs to fit the specific needs that match the intended goals of my clients.

If I could leave you with one thing to know about me, it would be this: I would want you to know that I truly believe that my purpose is to be of service to others, more specifically, to help people help themselves so they can in return help others! Building a network of people all interconnected by a web of positive energy that extends and continuously grows…in hopes of improving the quality of life for as many people as possible…that is the goal!
