I'm an experienced and motivated worker with over two years of experience and a strong ability to observe, communicate, and care. I can handle routine activities with ease while keeping an eye out for opportunities to be a positive influence and someone the children can not only trust, but listen to as well. I am always willing to receive more experience in the thing I am most passionate about, which is being a caring light for the next generation.
More specifically, I have substituted for classrooms with children ages 0-6 (mainly 0-3) for a little over two years, been a part-time afternoon teacher for a classroom of children ages 1-2 for about a year in total, and worked full time in that same classroom for the better part of last summer.
I was still employed there, as I used to go back home on breaks from college and substitute there when needed on said breaks. However, during the usual school year and summer, I am here and Norman and ready to work.
At my time there, I worked as the afternoon teacher in the two-year-old classroom, eventually moving to full time in there for around a month, give or take. I also did breaks in all classrooms (ages 0-7).
When I'm in Stillwater, I babysit as much as possible for the Baraldi family (twins, both 3 years old that I taught for around a year at Oak Tree Children's Academy and their older brother, 6 years old that I occasionally taught at the same daycare) which usually happens on weekends in the morning-lunchtime.
I worked here as my second job while in my senior year of high school on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
