I've spent my career focused on what matters most: making sure every student has what they need to succeed. At West Contra Costa Unified, I've worked to build strong relationships with teachers, families, and students because I believe that's where real change starts. I've helped reduce chronic absenteeism by creating intervention programs that actually connect with kids and their families, and I've worked hard to build a school culture where staff feel supported and families feel heard. My goal has always been simple: help students thrive academically and feel like they truly belong.
