- Auditing of flight movement control in AIMS crew scheduling software to check for any open trips.
- Monitoring, validating, researching, and resolving any crew legalities within the schedule software.
- Maintained and updated Crewing Outlook spreadsheets, which include the open trips list and reserve crew report.
- Create and update the crew scheduling presentation slides for the morning, daily flight operation meeting.
- Coordinated with training department to update crew qualifications data in scheduling software.

- Replace crew members when needed due to sickness, vacations and/or legality conflicts.

I was part of the team for the emergency hurricane response, we were sent to Houston TX, to keep the operation going for the company.
I was part of the OCC team when the FAA inspectors were at the office for the new aircraft certification to operate a 767 fleet.
