  • Worked on PoC to use ServiceNOW for collaborative ITOM platform enhancing events from many sources enabling predictions and applying proactive actions powered by Metrics, ML and manual enrichments in Topology aware Service Asset Configuration eco-system
  • Worked on PoC, business plan approval and supported Product launch for Enterprise search tool T-ENGAGE based on COVEO. Conducted technical workshops and education sessions for customers and Tier2 teams. The tool was positioned to enable a Knowledge-centered Services Management by enabling Automated/Assisted Knowledge publishing through keyword search. COVEO enabled farming information from a suite of indexed information sources. COVEOs AI-powered search connects people to the most relevant information through enriched intent detection and Automated re-ranking. Together with Machine Learning and Intelligent Automation, the platform enabled continuous improvement of Knowledge Bases.
  • I led a team of Data scientists, ML engineers, Platform architects and Operations team to develop integrated Machine Learning solutions to automatically learn from Operational behavior patterns from Network Alarms and their resolutions. Based on Alarm standards defined by me, the Network Alarms were curated on Network device taxonomies and Business Service taxonomies to enable the context-sensitive learning. After a successful PoC, this Recommendation Engine is poised to make continual improvements in operational handling of alarms cutting down redundant manual actions by almost 50% in the target CORE network management.
  • Designed PoC solution based on curated learned patterns of alarm correlation and causation to suggest Root Cause; Recommendation Engine will suggest the likely root cause of events as they happen cutting down over 670 thousand Operational hours per quarter. Along with Automated Triage and Resolution capabilities, this is poised to be the NetGen AI OPS capabilities.
  • Communicated to internal team, leadership and customer groups to update Product, Technical Service and implementation status at technical or functional level.
