• Developed an inventory management tool that
  categorized inventories in terms of ABC analysis. This
  tool helped group the suppliers as best to worst in
  terms of their respective lead times which helped to
  set the right MOQ and safety stock levels for the
  inventory. This resulted in revising contracts with the
  suppliers and avoiding overstocking which helped
  save the firm $50,000 over a half-yearly period.
• Developed different forecasting models to forecast
  demand for multiple SKUs over a period of 1-month,
  3-months, and 5-months and achieved an accuracy
  of around 90%, 85% and 82% for the three cases.
• Designed different supply chain metrics and
  developed KPI dashboards that displayed daily,
  weekly, and monthly trends of revenue, profit margins,
  COGS, top performing products etc.
