Major Responsibilities and accomplishment:

  • Developed a machine learning model using Python and OMOP CDM standards to predict readmission and mortality for heart failure patients based on EMR data.
  • Developed a GNN model using PyTorch Geometry and RDKit package to classify molecules based on ATC class using the ChEMBL database.
  • Conducted training sessions on smart health using FHIR for more than 45 participants from 30 different institutions.
