PROJECT DESCRIPTION: TI Managed Services (TIMS) is a full-service hosting environment for operating development (E1), test (E2) and production (E3) applications in a secure, flexible and cost-effective manner for approximately 25000 server images. Key functions will include the development of services and strategies for hosting development and test and production environments leveraging service capability organizations, hardware and software vendors. Incumbent will leverage business and technical knowledge (platform performance management, enterprise monitoring services, ITIL processes, etc.) for the effective use of technology to support AET business strategies and deliver business value to TIMS customers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

• Design and Plan Physical/Virtual server Infrastructure.
• Built Physical/Virtual server using Cisco, UCS, Dell and Vcenter.
• Adding SAN disks to Physical servers.
• Co-ordinate with hardware vendor, In case of hardware failure
• Manage server configuration using Puppet.
• Configure Apache and install certificates
• Application Load Balancer setup.
• GTM (Global traffic management) setup
• Install JBoss, WebSphere and Custom applications.
• JBoss upgrade strategy / Implementation
• Create Redhat Clusters (Active/Active – Active/Passive).
• Responsible for ensuring infrastructure solutions adhere to TIMS technical standards
• Works with Infrastructure Engineers, Lead Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and/or vendor partners.
• Responsible for quality of deliverables in terms of the technical design, implementation, testing and adherence to technical compliance standards.
• Storage migration from EMC to PURE storage
• Works closely with application teams to define, frame and capture business needs
• Oversees the diagnosis and correction of infrastructure problems
• RHEL8 uplift on Physical / VM
• Procure / install / configure certs on server / Load balancer
• Create service profiles for firewall rules.
• Install and configure Docker/ Podman.
• Infrastructure vulnerability management.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using Ansible.

Client – BNY Mellon

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: AST Eagle Upgrade & Configuration Management team responsible for Eagle Software application installation and post installation clean up tasks. This team also responsible for applying Eagle recommended configuration changes and maintaining the configuration across the PROD, QA, TEST and DEV environments.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

• Review the software provided by Eagle and determines the affected components.
• Creating the checklist based upon the environment and region.
• Provide support during business verification after major upgrades copybacks etc. and also provide support for the issues reported that arise in the environment after the upgrades / copy backs.
• Triage and follow up with Eagle (IQ) for Installation and post-install issues.
• Tasks associated with environment build or architecture related projects.
• Advanced Troubleshooting for production support needs and also provide on call support on a rotation basis for Production issues.
• Track the configuration changes/customizations effectively for future upgrades.

Project Summary: 24 x7 Sun Microsystem’s Network operation control. It provides support to Asia pacific customers data centers remotely.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

• Monitoring and escalating the alerts to customers and find the root cause and document the issues.
• Creating KB for future reference.
• Scheduling and installing patches and fixes to resolve the issues.
• Server maintenance and user request fulfilment.
• Adding /creating partition, creating/deleting user accounts in Unix servers.

Project Summary: New installation group team responsible for installation the new PC, Network Switches, Routers and servers. And assisting clients to setup small size data center.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:

• Installation of new Linux, Solaris and Windows servers
• Managing 5-member team and assigning tasks.
• Troubleshooting hardware issues and replaces it if needed.
• Supporting client Data center / Rack / Stack blade chassis.

Project Summary: Supporting banking customers and manufacturing companies by providing technical and computer hardware support.

• Supporting for Linux server and responsible for backup & Restoration
• Worked as a team player and installation OS and troubleshooting desktop issue.
• Managing windows 2000 pro, Windows XP and counteracting various issues rose in client side.
• Corrective maintenance of Dialup connections for Internet usage.
• Maintain a database of hardware and software items and upgrading periodically for various AMC customers.
