- Oversees the CDC program having proctored over 200+. Compiles and provides CDC statistics reports to the Base Training Manager. Monitors Transaction Registers (TR) for CDC and Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) information. Analyzes the TRs and takes any corrective actions as needed. Assist the Base Training Manager in processing CDC reactivations and reenrollments waivers. Monitors excel spreadsheet or another form of a tracking tools to ensure that all personnel assigned to the Wing are meeting full training requirements. Conducts training as necessary or schedules personnel for required mandatory training programs/sessions through email, or Wing Tracking mechanism. Ensures and complete applicable MICT documentation quarterly. Ensures that supporting documents are attached in MICT and prepares checklist for validation for Command Staff Validation. Manages military administrative allocations and confirmations. Requests Reports of Individual Person (RIP) in Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS). Collects and analyzes trend data by unit and assigned AFSC, and provides recommendations to commanders. Assist the Base Training Manager in gathering training statistics to brief the installation/wing commander/command chief master sergeant on the status of training (SOT).

- Serves as the base level formal/civilian training functional technician. Implements and manages training programs, policies, and procedures as directed by higher headquarters (HQ USAF, HQ AFPC, HQ AMC, HQ ACC). On a daily basis manages the Military Personnel Data System (MILPDS) civilian/military training allocations and inputs training rips into SharePoint for UTM access. Provides guidance to supervisors and employees on training and development aspects of formal training programs. Plans and arranges the Management Training Committee (MTC) annually to implement civilian training. Maintains and reconciles the civilian training budget monthly and forwards to AFPC. Reviews MILPDS transaction registers (TR) daily, corrects HAF rejects, monitors purge conditions by ensuring base-level MILPDS and HAF systems reflect the same data. Understands automated data processing functions, techniques, and capabilities including relational database principles, microcomputer operation, and network operating systems. Skilled in data gathering, conducting audits, and variance analyses.
