Project : AWS CODEGURU

A development tool available to AWS customers that provides intelligent recommendation to improve code quality and identify an applications' most expensive lines of code. Java rules are developed for Multiple languages and technologies like Java, Python, JS, AWS lambda.

Responsibilities:

• Technically led development team to deliver sprints on estimated time.
• Conducted code review for better performance and accurate results.
• Identified new set of rules/ functions required to improve product quality.
• Laid out product roadmap, collaborated with teams to plan sprints and worked with team to deliver as per sprints planned.
• Conducted weekly review meetings with Product Owners on rules coverage, usage and performance.

Project : IBM CONTECT INTEGRATOR

IBM Content Integrator integrates existing contents such as images, documents, and workflow processes from disparate native repositories. The product offers a common set of APIs, not specific to a repository, to create applications and solutions

Responsibilities:

• Led many cross-functional teams, to deliver projects on time with high quality and on time.
• Communicated with customer on requirements gathering, final deliverables and problems, challenges faced.
• Involved in deploying and configuring non structured repositories like P8, CM8, CMOD.
• Worked on creating / upgrading installers using Install Anywhere tool.
• Handled extended responsibilities of related development teams

Project : CaTissue

CaTissue is a bio specimen informatics system for inventory tracking and clinical & pathology annotation. CaTissue permits users to track the collection, storage, quality assurance, and distribution of specimens and the derivation and aliquoting of new specimens from existing ones for DNA analysis

Responsibilities:

• Involved in design and code implementation for business objects.
• Coordinating and working with multifunctional teams.
• Managed a team of 4-5 developers, client interactions,
• Documentation for high level architecture, low level design diagrams, database design for Oncore-caTissue.

• Handled code review, fixes and prioritization of bugs.
• Independently handled production environment and resolved production issues.
• Worked on data migration using tool Pentaho kettle 4.2.

Project: Brain Image Registration

The Brain Image Registration application provides a way to enable conducting longitudinal brain MRI exams of a patient such that all the images acquired in the first exam (called as baseline exam) can be automatically re-acquired in each follow up exam with the same parameters and anatomical locations irrespective of differences in the patient positioning.

Responsibilities:

• Provided support on interface developed using Power Builder and Visual Basic.
• Analyzed existing Power Builder/Visual Basic application to migrate in J2SE.
• Design and implementation of Java GUI application (using Swing) that provides interface to start/stop registration server, display a view of existing baseline exams, and baseline exam management.
• Used Java sockets API to communicate with registration server.
• Building the Quality Check (QC) Window in Java Swing that provides a visual indication of the registration quality.
• Worked on unit and integration testing.
• Fixed many bugs in main algorithm using C++.
