Responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of critical business applications running on Linux servers and on Azure cloud in a production environment, identifying and resolving issues quickly, monitoring system health, and ensuring high availability by performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordinating with development teams to deploy fixes when necessary. Implementing alerts to enhance application availability. Joining meeting with clients on daily basis and provide the required information in timely manner.

Working Knowledge in Java, Linux, and Tomcat. Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Creating and monitoring all alerts and Report any issue that may significantly impact the business. Monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting problems, providing suggestions if any. maintaining quality of service. Getting logs and share to the development team for further analysis if required.

Responsible for Telecom SMSC and billing system deployment on various operating system like Linux and windows. Providing support post deployment and troubleshoot the issues.

Providing support on various application product of company like Mchat, Frenzo, photomate which were being used world wide and hosted on linux servers.

Coordination with development team for enhancement per user's input and troubleshooting the issues. Data analysis by using in house CUD tool and give the prediction on any up coming uptrend in service uses.

Schedule the jobs for promotions of product by using cron jobs. Make sure to keep service quality smooth and un intruppted.
