  • From the IT team of three, my role was to take care of the LAN/WAN network security aspect of the company. Supporting 5 offices in 3 countries with a total user base of around 100.
  • My main duties were to maintain and support FortiGate firewalls, Mikrotik routers and IPSec/GRE tunnels that were already set in place but I have dealt with everything from helpdesk up to systems administration with everything being on-prem.

  • The sole IT Admin for a construction company in charge of Belgrade Airport renovation and refurbishment. Around 120 permanent users under my care.
  • I was in charge of all local IT aspects since the JV was starting from ground zero and had support from the Head Office located in France for the in-house IT tools.
  • Wrote procedures, contracts, procurement, dealt with security alongside office infrastructure, computers, printers, meeting rooms, Azure, O365 etc. In short, I was the whole IT department.
