In my short time at Great Clips, I achieved several milestones. I was given the responsibility of Store Event Planner where it was my job to celebrate staff achievement, birthdays, and decorate the store for the season. I was also made Product lead because of my leadership in product sales for the company. I was tasked with boosting my stores product performance and inventory. Additionally, I was promoted to Coach. I was responsible for training and mentoring new additions to the Great Clips family. I also took it upon myself to fix my locations Google reviews from 3.4 up to a 4.5.
