Responsible for the design and on-site installation of vacuum furnace shielding for clients in the aerospace, medical, electrical & heating treating facilities covering a territory of North America. Extensive knowledge of the mechanical properties of refractory metals used in the interior

shielding of a vacuum furnace.

• Developed CAD drawings to support prototype designs.
• Developed concept layout and design of storage system products from specifications using 3D CAD software.

• Managed off-site installation, repair, and maintenance of steel storage system..
• Followed safety procedures to avoid injuries in field.
• Completed partial or full dismantling of equipment to quickly repair or replace defective components and restore functionality.
• Created and sold the installation bids separate from the purchase of the product

• Troubleshot and diagnosed problems to accurately resolve wide range of technical issues.
• Acted as a liaison between the Sales Department and the Engineering Department.
• Fielded sales and customer phone calls, and provided immediate solutions..

• Cut, bent and shaped metal sheets and components to meet specific project requirements.
