- My duties entailed working with Developmentally Delayed Youths and Adults.
- Met with treatment team monthly to discuss progress or lack there of.
- Visit youth 5 times monthly as well as adults 7 times monthly.
- Work on goals from treatment plan, regarding family collaboration, school and employment development and progress.
- Conduct onsite visits to teach health and hygiene, maintaining home healthcare and monitoring medication.
