- Boosted customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service which customers appreciated very much. Along with compliments of my personal customer service as the customers would inform my managers.
- With being at Walmart over 3 years, i have been all around the store in different departments learning all areas to the best of my ability.
- As a result of being all around the store in different departments, management noticed I could do more, i could become more then a regular sales floor associate.
- I went along and took initiative and basically helped run the store. the closing shift to be exact. I would go around and follow up and make sure everyone was doing their jobs according.
- I was mostly on the food/consumable side of the store but what really caught my interest along with my higher ups/management was the dairy section.
- So I stuck to the dairy section and i improved it in many different ways. Made everything move smoothly from me starting in the afternoon as a closer from going to the morning.
- As moving to morning i trained a closing associate to do what i did in the closing shift along with following up with overnight associates. Following up with all associates that revolved around the dairy area in order to have communication with each other; passing to one another along with management.
- Being in dairy and making an impact with creating a well organized team it improved in sales dramatically. Along with changing and fixing problems around the inside dairy cooler and the outside dairy floor.
- Taking care of everything that possibly can be improved. Things such as checking for out dates in product, to receiving product and making sure its rotated so older things are soled before the newer product. Along with organizing product into bunkers to make sense with the seasons like back to school, Halloween, and Christmas etc.
- Maintained a clean and organized store environment, enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Assisted in managing inventory levels, accurately processing shipments, and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Aside from working at Walmart ever since the age of 16. There was also a time where i was a grocery clerk at Fry's.
- Was offered manager positions there as well with Walmart but never took because shortly after i returned back to Walmart.
