This system used the Microsoft Navision as its backend
I enjoyed this job based on the challenging nature of the job and the amount of experience it gave me, remuneration wasn’t up to expectation but it was worth the challenge and learning experience
Sadly however, the company has folded up due to lack of funding and proper business management.

Responsibilities: I was responsible for the customization of a magento ecommerce application using MySQL Database and the object-oriented programming and model view controller architecture of PHP
I was also responsible for the optimization of the application on an amazon EC2 server
Notable Development: I integrated various magento extensions into the application including but not limited to payment and image manipulation extensions
I configured and optimized Amazons Cloud servers (EC2) to enable the magento application to run smoothly without any setbacks
This position was a contract position
This was the very first time I was introduced to the Amazon AWS (EC2) platform hands on
It was enjoyable and a very good learning stage for me.

I was also responsible for performing research on IT issues and updating the Authority on the best IT practices and IT trends
I was also responsible for providing support and training on new systems
Notable Development: I developed a mobile lottery game platform known as the Mobi-Game and its wins payment platform (integrated into the banks in Ghana) using various programing languages like .NET (VB.net & C#), PHP and C
This position was my first full time lead position
And I really got the chance to learn how to deal with programmers with different backgrounds and also it really boosted my ability to develop well within a team of developers.

Therefore, I had to leave after my national service was over
