Even though I did Accounting, but I have made Healthcare my choice of work place. I have work in this field, worked with the Intellectual Developmental Disability, and the Mental impairment Individuals for over 10 years, and want to contnuous working in this field. I love working with the disable, helping them to be independent, and ensuring their safety.
* As a DSP, I want to maintain Individuals safety, make sure their home is clean, and organized environment, doing their laundry, cooking their meals, counting their money, collecting daily data, doctors appointments, and passing of Medications.
* As a Assistant Manager, I am making sure that the program is being fully staffed on every shift, making sure that all appointments are scheduled and attended, groceries shopping, passing of Medications, Funds management, making sure of Individuals safety, feeding, clothing, and etc.
* As a Residential House Manager, It's my duty to ensure the Individuals safety, providing a clean, and organized home for those that we serve, do Individual account, House budget, doing ISP, and attending ISP meetings, meeting with guardians, and Service Coordinators from DDS, ensuring the program is properly Staffed on all shifts, ensuring all doctors appointments are done, and scheduled, passing of Medications, conducting Staff meetings, and serving the agency to the best of my ability
* As a Mental Health Worker 1&2, I ensure the Patients safety. Do safety checks on unit, do Constant Observation on Patients that are on suicidal watch, do documentations, take Patients to the emergency room, helped out with dining on all meals time, assist on other units in terms of codes, attending trainings, and etc.
