• Effort Estimation and Proposal Development - Owns complete proposal development for large proposals (Valued up to millions), solves business problem with view to proactively identify risks, identify scope-creep, and estimate for engagement and review solution.
• Business Process Consulting - Engage early in life cycle to consult on business processes, Guides team in analyzing business requirements, Maps same to process within product / package to enable optimum utilization, creates solution using package with reusability factor into existence.
• Problem Definition - Review work of team members, provide suggestions on problem statement articulation, discuss with stakeholders, define, and document problem and develop high-level solution.
• Discovery/As-Is Assessment - Fit gap analysis with respect to product/process, engages to highlight best practices, review output, and provide guidance to different project teams.
• Solution Evaluation and Recommendation - Leads team of consultants (size 10 - 12) in coming up with solution alternatives for client e.g. business case, process flows, vendor assessment and selection, package evaluation etc.
• Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes - Review requirements and solution alternatives, to-be process maps and other solution design deliverables, Data Modelling, Detailed design documents.

• Engaged in multiple transformation initiatives establishing data strategy within enterprise applications across Finance, sales, and HR domain.
• Worked with business stakeholders to understand business use-cases and propose optimal solutions to identify value out of initiatives.
