Stratasys, Ltd. is leading manufacturer of 3D printers and 3D production systems for office-based rapid prototyping and direct digital manufacturing solutions. As part of marketing team member, I was responsible to manage and test the Stratasys website which is available in 9 different languages. I was also involved in the customer hub project, which deals with eCommerce activities of placing an order to ship an order.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Represent QA team in sprint panning meetings, daily scrum meetings, retrospective and all agile ceremonies

• Was involved in development activities like building and maintaining web pages through sitecore tool
• Was responsible to put together project estimates
• Performed these QA activities: Writing test cases, Test execution, Regression testing, Defect tracking using JIRA

Worked on Ameriprise Financial project.

Ameriprise Financial, Inc. is diversified financial services company providing financial planning, products and services, including wealth management, asset management, insurance, annuities, and estate planning.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Played role of QA lead; handled team of 5 QA engineers
• Represented QA team in sprint panning meetings, daily scrum meetings, retrospective and all agile ceremonies
• Responsible for QA activities like: writing test cases, test execution, regression testing, automation test execution using Appium, Defect logging and tracking in HP ALM
• Worked with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
• Was responsible to take GO/NO GO decision for production releases

Sleep number is US based manufactures for beds, mattress and bedding accessories. Sleep number has ecommerce store for selling all beds and bedding products.

The eCommerce store also has loyalty program (inner circle members), rewards & coupons functionality, live chat feature, call feature, store locator and promotional offers.

At Sleep Number, teams are divided into different squads. I was working on Feature squad. Feature squad is responsible for developing new features / designs on the eCommerce store.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Represent QA team in sprint panning meetings, daily scrum meetings, retrospective meetings
• Worked on: writing test cases, reviewing test cases, test execution, regression testing, defect logging and tracking
• Was responsible to handle end to end testing including frontend and backend (hybris, Siebel (oracle) and Shift 4 (tax and credit card details information))
• Mentored two junior team members.

Nordea Bank Project-

Nordea Bank is the largest financial group in Nordic countries. I was part of the 'Retail Banking' project - Nordea bank has retail banking website and moble app which includes features like touch id login, authentication and signing through third party app integrated with current app, payments via barcode/QR code scanning, viewing credit/debit card details and loan details along with showing the customers their daily transactions and account data, branch locator, chat feature, secure mail and many more.

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Responsible for QA activities - Writing & executing test cases, functionality testing on desktop and mobile devices, Testing mobile apps & checking logs in eclipse, Interrupt testing, Regression testing, defect tracking in JIRA
• Collaborate with clients for defect triaging
• Finding Crash Logs and reporting crash reports
• Handling client communication
• Preparing test summary report
• As a senior QA, handled team of three engineers

HomeAway Project-

HomeAway is an online vacation rental marketplace. Home Away connects homeowners and property managers who advertise (or list) their properties available for rent with travelers who choose these alternative accommodations instead of hotels. It provides property managers/ owners to send quotations, book reservations, offer payment schedules. I was responsible to handle the mobile app portion of the project.

Role and Responsibilities –

• Installing / Uninstalling builds over the air (OTA) through testflightapp.com on iPhone, iPad.
• Involved in QA activities like Writing charters and execution of charters, Memory Usage Testing, Functionality testing, Interrupt testing, Regression testing, Bug tracking in Rally / Jira, Finding Crash Logs and reporting crash reports.

Buy.com Project-

Buy.com (now Rakuten.com) was one of the leading eCommerce stores in USA. On Buy.com app, you can browse through the products catalog to know information about the product pricing, availability, offers, etc. and purchase required products. The website also contains these features - featured today, top sellers, Search by voice/bar code functionality, customer reviews, daily/weekly deals, etc.

Role and Responsibilities –

• Involved in QA activities - Installing/Uninstalling builds on iPhone 3Gs, iPhone4G, iPad, Writing test cases and execution of test cases, Memory Usage Testing, Functionality testing on web based as well as mobile apps, Interrupt testing, Regression testing.

ePrize Project

ePrize has expertize at tailoring promotion types and marketing strategies to meet company goals. The scope of the project included carrying out all testing activities which are necessary for client promotions to go live. The ePrize Loyalty Platform allows clients to incentivize the purchase of their products or services through distribution and redemption of unique codes.

Role and Responsibilities-

• Involved in these activities - Understanding requirements thoroughly, Test case creation and Execution, Performed Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Exploratory testing, Logging and tracking of defects in defect tracking tool -bugzilla, Worked on test case management tool- Test Link
• Involved in preparing test approach document which describes test plan for few of the large promotions
• Initiated and helped in setting up UI process in the project
• Preparation of metrics for TSR and promotion wise metrics

• Performed API testing using SOAP UI tool
