Primary Objectives:

• Enhance clarity and transparency in Program/project development by reporting to executive leadership during steer co. meetings, holding round table conferences and hold Portfolio prioritization through WSJF - Scaled Agile Framework.
• Work with product delivery organization for optimization of product roadmap and implementation of GTM strategy.
• End to End ownership of Sales Strategy and Organization tools,vendors ecosystem to deal with procurement, Implementation, coordination, budgeting.
• Lead Program Managers, set KPIs, and address obstacles to inform team members.
• Budget Management(Ask/Allocated/Spend/Forecast)Accountable for S&O Organization program’s budgets and financials, taking corrective action as needed..

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure clear communication and visibility in project development.
• Oversee 7 Program Managers of 52 projects , set KPIs, and align with organizational goals.
• Assist in budgeting for systems and tools for Sales Ops for 130 initiatives amounting to 70M in cost , responsible for sticking to a set budget, gathering vendor contractual details, and escalating any payment process issues.
• Responsible for Annual budgeting and forecasting for over 120M in cost.
• Responsible for ongoing market research, extensive industry knowledge and understanding of the sales systems and tools competitive landscape to allow for proactive systems and tools development, reassessment and negotiation.
• Create playbooks for repeatable delivery of projects.
• Set and maintain project management standards for over 7 Program Managers and 120 Vendor associates.
• Goal-Oriented Approach: Focus on goals and support teams in achieving results by overcoming obstacles.

Lead a technology team for Cyber Technology – Application Development and Security - primarily focus on driving the overall strategy for building and driving a platform for the management and orchestration of key security and controls processes to JPMC, our shareholders and our customers.

• Program Leadership: Lead and manage cybersecurity programs for Cyber defense and fraud(Digital Forensics(DFAS), Attack Analysis, DLP, Vulnerability management etc) teams to implement 15M program.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and guidance in cybersecurity initiatives. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and risk management, to ensure cybersecurity initiatives are well-integrated. Communicate program status, issues, and risks to key stakeholders and leadership.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
  Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Project Management: Manage the execution of cybersecurity projects and initiatives.
  Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure that cybersecurity programs and projects comply with industry standards and regulations. Oversee the implementation of security controls and measures.
• Security Awareness: Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and education within the organization.Conduct or coordinate cybersecurity training for staff.

Working on Salesforce.com (SFDC) WinZone CRM System for Sales and Marketing process for Cognizant. Working on Opportunity management, Account Management, Role Hierarchy, Multi Tower deals, Delegations of process/approvals, Dashboards, Reports and Forecasting, Strategic deals and teams, Community invitation process, Customer satisfaction.

• Work with the Project Plan, Status Reporting and escalation handling.
• Working on Kanban board updates, Risks, Issues creation and escalation handing.
• Facilitating Requirements workshop sessions to gather the requirements for salesforce application.
• Expert in creating Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), gap
  analysis, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Activity Diagrams using UML.
• Review the test scripts (SIT and UAT) and provided assistance in execution of the test scripts.
• Responsible for all the Agile Scrum documents related to the project.
