  • As Associate Vice Chancellor for Institutional Effectiveness and Research, this position oversees the collection, interpretation, and dissemination of data and information to support institutional and academic planning and decision-making (includes annual enrollment projections; institutional performance standards and measures; faculty productivity relative to expenditures; academic program reviews; non-academic office program reviews; graduation and retention studies; and annual surveys of employees, students, and external entities and stakeholders) and collects, maintains, and disseminates data required to satisfy information requests from federal, state, and local governments (including the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) and the National Center for Education Statistics (IPEDS: Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System)) as well as non-governmental external entities
  • As Chief Data and Technology Officer (CDTO), this position has responsibility for all technology associated with the Innovate2eleVAte Initiative (iPad distribution to students and employees) and for the acquisition, implementation, and integration of all software used by the College
