  workers in advanced manufacturing, information technology fields at the college.
• Interim project manager - Eastern Florida State College $1.5 million Florida Xcel-It U.S.
  Department of Labor Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT)
  Spearheaded management, hiring, and initial development of Xcel It program. Resulted in successful
  cybersecurity program that trains students, veterans, displaced shuttle workers for NASA commercial
  space industry. Resulted in more than 500 students trained in this high profile field.
• Directed all phases of EFSC Xcel It grant from first phase writing grant narrative, budget
  development, committee meetings, data collection, quarterly reports, research and President signature to submission to consortium leader. Developed executive presentations and summaries to facilitate college wide grant project evaluation and recommendations to EFSC executive management.
• Develop college wide grant packages including writing, editing, market research, trade
  opportunities, budget development, quality review, President\'s signature. Worked with Office of Disabilities known as Student Access for Improved Learning (SAIL).
• Responsible for writing grants including $603,984 National Science Foundation Scholarships in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (S-STEM) Program; Florida Department of Education 2+2 Direct Connect Grant; $1.2 million H-1B Technical Skills Training Grant; Jobs and Innovation Accelerator Challenge Program; $168,951 U.S. Department of Agriculture People\'s Garden Grant; $307,477 Florida Department of Education Florida Community Service Grant; and grants totaling more than $2 million including the TAACCCT Public Safety grant totaling $799,000.
