Project Overview:

Developed and deployed a chatbot application for Elevance Health, Inc., designed to enhance the experience for both members (health insurance customers) and providers (healthcare professionals and clinics). The chatbot assists members with tasks such as policy information, claim status, appointment scheduling, and wellness program details, while enabling providers to access patient eligibility, claim submissions, and payment details. The application ensures compliance with HIPAA and GDPR regulations.

• Engineered intuitive and dynamic user interfaces tailored for members and providers via AngularJS foundations.
• Constructed backend solutions in .NET Core and Node JS to enable efficient connectivity with legacy databases.
• Integrated RESTful APIs to connect the chatbot with member and provider portals, enabling real-time access to policy details, claim status, appointment schedules, and patient eligibility.
• Developed and optimized SQL Server databases to store chatbot interactions, member/provider queries, and responses, ensuring efficient data retrieval and analysis.
