- Overseez and manage daily operations of the control room and field activities for ExxonMobil projects, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.

- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions, minimizing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.

- Conduct routine inspections and safety audits, enforcing compliance with all HSE regulations and standards.

- Train and mentor junior operators in control room procedures, emergency response, and equipment handling.

- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain logs to ensure accurate documentation of plant activities.

- Operate, monitor, and supervise DCS systems (Emerson Delta V & Foxboro Invensys) for oil treatment, water injection, and utility systems.

- Respond to alarms and coordinate with field operators to ensure the smooth and safe operation of plant equipment.

- Lead the shift team to execute plant shutdown and startup procedures safely and efficiently.

• Responsible for monitoring and controlling all plant systems on a continuous basis with (EMERSON DELTA V & FOXBORO INVENSYS)
• Responsible for Operate all plant systems equipment (OIL TREATEMENT TRAIN 1ST STAGE, 2ND STAGE, DEHYDRATOR, DESALTER AND PRODUCED WATER TREATMENR PWT CPI, IGF, NUT SHELL FILTERS, UTILITIES AND WATER INJECTION
• Respond to alarms, by taking appropriate corrective actions, and execute approved plant shutdown and start-up procedures, to assure that the plant meets its operational, environmental and safety commitments while operating in a safe and environmentally efficient manner
• Coordinated and collaborated with Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot and repair plant systems efficiently and expeditiously
• Mange and ensure a safe operation plan by follow up PTW AND HSE INSTRUCTIONS
• Monitored for off normal conditions at local indicators /alarm panels and reported such conditions to the Main Control Room
• Performed corrective and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned
• Trained new operators on deck operations, control room operations, water injection operations, etc.

• Monitor equipment (OIL TREATEMENT TRAIN 1ST STAGE, 2ND STAGE, DEHYDRATOR, DESALTER AND PRODUCED WATER TREATMENR PWT CPI, IGF, NUT SHELL FILTERS, UTILITIES AND WATER INJECTION in the Control Room on the DCS (EMERSON DELTA V & FOXBORO INVENSYS) while ensuring safe, efficient continuous operation
• Monitor all machinery for proper operation
• Instruct field operators to carry out action's items
• Monitored pump flows, pressures, chemical feed levels and water quality indicators
• Directed routine checks on operations and auxiliary equipment to insure dependability of the equipment.

• Responsible for selling a company's products and services by identifying leads, educating prospects on products/services through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support, Do the day-to-day sales activities by managing customer queries and complaints
• Also asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels.
