Quentin Worley

I am a motivated individual studying English, Sociology, and Political Science at the University of Missouri. Whether in the classroom or as a student-athlete, I perform with dedication and fervor. I am a strong leader, passionate teammate, and a devoted scholar.

University of Missouri Division One Cross-Country/Track Team, August 2020-Present. 

• Consistently demonstrated extreme discipline, hard work, and organization to perform at the top level both academically and athletically resulting in being awarded an SEC Athletic Academic Scholarship.
• Followed a rigorous schedule with exceptional timeliness.
• Collaborated with both coaches and teammates to create an environment where all teammates could perform at their best by showing up consistently as a positive, motivating leader.
• Led and organized detailed workouts by understanding the goals of the team and creating a detailed plan on how to achieve the team and individual’s goals.

Project: Parkville Nature Sanctuary Restoration

• Led project from beginning to end to restore a major section of the Parkville Nature Sanctuary by understanding the needs of the community and creating a detailed plan on how to complete the project and exceed expectations.
• Employed analytical skills to create a budget of capital, resources, and time needed to ensure that deadlines were hit and that all stakeholders involved in the project were completing their required tasks.
• Researched the tools that were needed to meet the objectives of the project by meeting with external stakeholders to understand the requirements and restrictions of the park.
