Quetzal Palomo

This was a seasonal job that I worked with. Working at panda I was part of the team making sure that the food looked presentable and that customers where getting what expected with a good greeting and making sure that the restaurant was clean.

• As a leader at a restaurant I had to make sure that everyone was calm working as a team so the restaurant can be running in a stable condition.
• Maintained clean, hygienic kitchen workspace by sweeping, mopping and taking out trash.
• Set up and prepared cooking supplies and workstations during opening and closing to maximize productivity.
• Washed, peeled and cut vegetables in advance to save time on food preparation.
• Preserved freshness of food by storing food in designated containers and storage areas within freezer or refrigerator.
