My strengths are, I’m a great critical thinker under high stress situation, I have strong drive to get the job done, dedicated, hardworking and most of all a team player. I have some experience being on tactical teams. In my tenure at DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, I was on the Jail Emergency Service Team (J.E.S. Team) as the Team Leader. Some of my duties were planning and executing cell extractions, riot, cell searches and non-compliant inmates or housing units. I also was apart of the Dekalb Sheriff SWAT Team as a tactical operator. I have training and experience in Mobile Field Force Training, Chemical Munition, Less Lethal, Leadership, Small Team Tactics and ALERRT Active Shooter. I love to train and to learn.
