we would abstract methanol and glycerin from used cooking oils to make it a clean oil. To be ran threw a sequence of reactors adding various chemicals. Witch each stage would extract different purity's. we would check for density,ph levels and color. Then threw a filter presses to get any last of the purity's out. Once its in staging it would be sampled for specifications and tolerances. then wait for shipping.
Received items and orders regularly and checked them for quality and kept detailed track of inventory and supplies using bins. read blue prints to follow the lay out of floor plans in newly built construction homes. once blue prints are walked threw mark locations on sprinkler heads and start roughing in PVC plumbing. once rough in was finished we would put water on system and inspect system. Then had fire marshalls from city come and inspect and sign off on installation.

we would bring in products from staging yard . load a saw with specific diameter logs in witch they would be cut to order. once cut i would grab them and load them on a scale to get weight band together and stamp customer name,weight and order number. once banded together i would take them to staging yard and put in order with others alike. To be under or at 40,000 lbs to be loaded on trucks. then i would load trucks with a verity of different products shape and sizes of ingots. some loads may have to be shifted around due to tonge weight and rear axel weight. we would have truck go on the scales multiple time per load to verify weight distribution and scale out threw dot certification. and repeat
