As a Chick-Fil-A FOH Coordinator, my responsibilities included:

•Leading Team Members during their shift

•Overseeing necessary breaks and prompt clock-in and clock-out times for shifts

•Utilizing accountability point system for Team Members

•Carrying out written documentation as needed for excellence as well as improvement purposes

•Overseeing the operation of my store during my scheduled shift

•Placing order forms in a timely manner upon the depletion of a specific stock

•Out of store communication with Team Members

•Scheduling shifts for Team Members when needed

•Leading my scheduled team to navigate through the daily unpredictable situations that may arise
