I am a second year at Tri Tech and so what we did last year I have done it twice

• Hike up a hillside with weighted pack and tool in hand
• Dig Fireline up hillside with pack and also on a simulated live fire
• Briefly learn about mobile attack, compasses, tool sharpening, pulling water from a stream into a truck, fire shelters, and more foundational skills of a wildland firefighter

• Helped in the dish pit to keep dishes washed and stocked
• Created, prepped, and served food for 50-100 guests
• Worked together to get work done and efficiently.

• Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Pushing a cart filled with ice cream around for 10 hours some days, outside in the heat.

All Volunteer Work Below

• Moving metal horse fences
• Clearing trails/digging a quarter of a mile of hiking trails using a shovel and a hoe, with other people
• Taking multiple trips taking garbage to a dump pile
• Put up shelves
• Cleared out storage space

• Weekly lawn mowing.

• Daily dog care for owner when he is out of town.
