Deeply participate in the digital transformation of the internal audit department from sketch, actively connect with various departments of the company, fully strive for various digital resources of the company, improve the work efficiency of auditors through digital means, and help redesign and improve the productivity of the audit function. The specific work content is as follows:

Digital Transformation

(a) Data Processing and Analysis

• Handle daily data processing and analysis requirements, provide data support, and improve the efficiency of audit testing.
• Induction day-to-day data needs, extract tool-able components and solidifications.

(b) Data Warehouse Establishment

• According to the needs of audit work, connect business system data to audit data warehouse.
• Constructing the OTC Derivatives Business Audit Data Domain.
• Building the OTC derivatives business audit data model .

(c) Digital Training for Internal Audit.

Internal Audit

(a) Participated in the audit of business continuity management and information technology operations in 2021, and participated in the audit inspections of contingency planning, emergency drills, backup execution, and account reviews.

(b) Participated in the audit project of over-the-counter derivatives in 2022, and took part in audit inspections of trading, booking, and cash flows.

• Actively involved in building the audit risk model platform from scratch, analyzing business requirements, and driving the platform's design to meet the needs of risk audit operations. Familiar with the application of classification models such as Boost, Random Forest, and Logistic Regression in audit work. The successful launch of the platform provided valuable proactive risk data support to the auditors.
• Provided data analysis support for auditors, offering precise data to business auditors through data analysis and data mining techniques based on business risk points.
• Proposed automated audit data processing solutions, constructing end-to-end automated data processing tools (including data cleansing, warehousing, etc.) to significantly enhance the efficiency of handling departmental business data requirements.
• Responsible for writing IT risk assessment reports for the Guangdong Provincial Branch for three consecutive years. Also independently drafted IT audit work reports for the branch.
• Possess extensive practical audit experience, participating in comprehensive audits of operating units and business-specific audits organized by the Head Office and the branches. Involved in audits of operational management and IT functions.
