Over the past 13 years, my journey at Mitsulift has been marked by growth and versatility. Starting as a designer, I crafted drawings and initiated orders, demonstrating my attention to detail and commitment. This dedication earned me a promotion to the role of technical supervisor, where I seamlessly coordinated tasks, maintained supplier relationships, and enhanced branch operations by handling technical submittals, special drawings, and inquiries. In my most recent position as a Quality Officer in the quality department, I have transitioned to ensuring the highest standards across procedures. Leading audits and spearheading various initiatives in line with the company's quality policy. Before starting at Mitsulift, I spent five years at FUGRO MAPS LEBANON, where I worked in the restitution department. In this role, I became proficient in generating 3D mapping drawings using both satellite and aerial data, it was a valuable experience that added a lot to my skills and knowledge.
