  • The final two rounds I spent as a summer camp employee were as the camp director. This camp hosts weekly day camps and overnight camps simultaneously, so forethought and time management are key elements of a day that runs as smoothly as it can with ~60 kids and ~14 adults. The previous three summers were spent as a counselor/lead counselor. The lead counselor provides guidance for new counselors, aiding in programming, and acting as support staff where needed.
