During my role as store manager, the store achieved a 40% comp increase vs LY, a 35% increase in the planned budget, #1 for Q1 and Q2 in customer satisfaction for the region and ranked #5 in the chain of 730 stores. The Baton Rouge store was also recognized as being a top performer in front end metrics in the region. Coaching and training people to be a better employee and person is my passion.
