Owner/Operation Manager/Custom relations servant Csencsits Dried Fruits and Nuts I want to work for the success of people. Public Service in government is my ultimate dream. Dear HR, I am writing in relation to the recently advertised position at for which I would like to be considered. As a member of your team, I would bring first a foremost 39 years of experience in relations and understanding with people. I bring a knowledge and professional ethic on the PhD level specifically in Public Administration with a minor in Conflict Relations. On paper I have three college degrees, but I have expanded myself past that. I have knowledge/experience in counseling, team management, program and policy management and research and analysis, both qualitative and quantitative. Since Feb of 1987 my main employment has been manager/operator and owner of Csencsits Dried Fruits and Nuts, a retail with business that have nine locations at one time. In 2023, the supervisor has tweaked that down to three locations. Through owning this business I have experience in HR and employee relations. My customer experience is unmatched dealing with all walks of life on a daily basis. As a former teacher, coach and mentor, I bring to the table leadership, problem solving and team building with a meta-cognitive speed and attitude.
