• Sells the school's vision and conducts interviews with 200 prospective students and their families
• Achieved school's enrollment goals the past six years by supporting families through all phases of the application process
• Evaluates up to 800 applications to make decision recommendations
• Creates relationships with consultants and placement advisors, locally and internationally, to advance application and yield number
• Travels to fairs and intermediate schools to promote the school
• Organizes the office's twenty travel events and coordinates the admissions team's attendance
• Promotes and presents the school at admissions fairs and secondary school information events
• Designs and hosts webinars to advertise the school for female and international candidates
• Conducts research to address gaps in school's applicant pool
• Designs outreach events with school's faculty to nurture a positive relationship
• Responsible for allocating $5+ million of awarded aid for three years
• Leads school's Admitted Student Days where we welcome 500 visitors to campus.
