Rachel Klemmer

As an office worker at Cowboy Coffee, I handled phone calls and emails with customers, scheduled office employee shifts, managed and delivered wholesale accounts and orders, kept track of and placed orders for essential office supplies, trained employees, dealt with shipping carriers and online orders using Quickbooks and ShipStation, and produced and sold coffee and merchandise.

As a developmental volleyball coach, I worked with groups of over 20 young athletes from 4th to 9th grade. I resolved conflicts, taught challenging physical and mental skills, planned and implemented plans in practices, motivated and guided young players, managed practice time, set goals for individuals and teams, and collaborated with other coaches in a dynamic environment.
