- Prepare customer online and takeout orders as well as handle the money payments at the till.

- Seat each of the tables in a rotation order for the servers and bartender.

- Take each of the customer's drink and food orders, send them to the kitchen, and bring the orders out once they were finished.

- Take table card and cash payments, and returned change.

- Restock kitchen coolers for the servers and expo line, (Condiments, garnishes, etc).

- Keep the front entrance tidy as customers arrive, and clean thoroughly after shift.

- Bus and sanitize any used tables and areas, and inform the host afterwards.

- Take reservations and phone calls whenever needed.

- Tended to any tables and counter customers by taking any drink and food orders, and bringing the dishes out when prepared.

- Preparing take-out orders and handling payments for them.

- Handling table payments up at the front till.

- Washed and Sanitized dishes, as well as return them to their place in the kitchen.

- Cleaned the front of the house when the shift was over, (Mopped, swept, stacked tables and chairs, etc).

- Restocked front coolers for the next shift workers.

- Assisted with the simple food items, (Toasts, soups, etc.) As well as brought the food to the window.

- Help prepare dinner and snack items for the counselors and campers each day.

- Thoroughly clean the dining area after each of the meals, (mop, sweep, restock, etc.).

- Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes that were used by the campers or when cooking.

- Prep food for the morning shift the next day and put away any food that wasn't eaten during dining time.

- Thoroughly clean the kitchen area after the shift.

- When head cook was out for the day, take over as head and prepare the meals as they would.
