Aided in the design, POC testing, rollout & management of the Solution Alignment program for 2 M&A products and 2 in-house products. The objective of this program was to redefine the order of operations needed to drive scalability for Acquired companies within an inverted organization. Most notable contributions include:

• Development of dashboard & KPI reporting to give stakeholders a holistic overview of business performance across all M&A products specifically on: Market Positioning, Market Response, & Value Realization throughout Services interactions with customers.
• Investigated existing challenges within the Product Release Planning cycle & streamlined process improvements to bridge knowledge gaps between PM and all Service teams, in coordination with Stakeholders & management teams.
• Cross-departmental collaboration in designing meeting formats & aligning on driving data-driven discussions for Steering Committee, Tiger Team, and Get to Green meetings.
• Coordinated key activities and managed 4 EOL projects for the deprecation of Coupa software & integration features.

• Designed and implemented small to large enterprise customers onto Coupa platforms, reducing operational expenses via automation while increasing process efficiencies with best practice recommendations. Managed an average of 12 projects at a time excluding additional internal SME initiatives.
• Guided existing partners on recommended enhancements to system architecture and approved design validation before projects could move to UAT.
• Global Subject Matter Expert for Coupa Expenses, Corporate Card integrations, Advanced Analytics, and Spend Guard (AI & ML tool to monitor fraudulent business activity across Coupa systems).
• Established strong relationships and trust with Product Management, Engineering, Development, Support, Training, Documentation, Sales, and all Services teams due to in-depth functional and technical knowledge of product expertise areas and willingness to help wherever needed.
