I am currently a full-time mother and student. My responsibilities include but are not limited to -

• Maintaining a safe, positive, caring and educational environment for my two children.
• Maintaining an above average grade in all my studies for the PPCC Nursing Program.
• Maintaining personal growth and development through ongoing process of formal and informal education.

During my Nursing Clinicals I am responsible for -

• Learning and researching different diagnoses to become familiar with treatment protocols.
• Cleaning and sterilizing medical instruments and disposal of contaminated supplies.
• Preparing patient beds.
• Monitoring breath and heart sounds.
• Pharmacology math for medicine calculations.

Started as front desk employee and quickly moved up to front end supervisor and bistro manager

• Oversaw fast-paced front desk operations and guests' needs at busy facility.
• Used quick response and dynamic service skills to build relationships with patrons and improve customer retention rate.
• Trained front office staff routine duties as well as what to do in case of fire, life and other emergency situations.
• Consistently exceeded customers' expectations and provide superior service.
• Designed employee work schedules to address complete operational needs.
• Trained staff on proper cooking procedures as well as safety regulations while creating schedules, restocking items and sanitizing equipment to adhere to health department standards.
