• Manage multi-line switchboard system for seven busy hospitals and out-patient clinics in the local community.
• Expedite with high degree of speed and accuracy, pertinent information to medical teams regarding life-or-death patient emergencies: stroke, heart attack, respiratory, labor and delivery. Overhead paging on-location and to remote locations.
• Respond to building alarms, hazards, and safety codes, serving as liason between hospital personnel and engineering, and fire department.
• Document incoming medical emergencies with attention to accuracy and patient confidentiality

• Assessed instruments, equipment and containers to promote cleanliness and proper functioning.
• Corrected instrument sets according to current standards and established count sheets and instrument tracking systems.
• Ordered and restocked supplies for decontamination and surgical areas.
