  • Work with one main doctor (attend clinic with this doctor and take care of all his tasks and “basket”), and several other doctors “baskets” in epic doing cardiac clearance, appeal letters, answer questions for patients (on mychart and on the phone), medication refills, doing prior authorizations for medications, communicating with other doctors office on care for patient, doing all paperwork (patient assistance for medications, FMLA, disability, assistance living paperwork, etc.), do cardiac catheterization instructions, relay lab results, set up lab appointments for patients, place orders and perform all communication with patients.
  • When I am not in clinic with my doctor, I am either having a desktop day to do things in my basket, in coumadin clinic checking patients INR and adjusting medication dosage if needed, and performing treadmill stress tests on patients. I also do remote work at home.
