I have been in some sort of customer service and dealings with the public my entire life. I am one to asses a situation, think quickly, and try to focus on getting any and all issues resolved as quickly as possible. I do like to see things through and make sure patients and customers feel like their issues have been resolved. Working with the public for as long as I have, you learn not everyone is having a good day, so always try to keep that in the back of my mind when working with pet owners. Being polite and patient from personal experience will help resolve challenges that may come up or stop future issues from happening.
